At The Aspen Brands, we provide a complete benefits package for the health and welfare of our employees. We offer medical, dental and life insurance, as well as pre-tax benefits such as  401(k), Flexible Spending Plan and Health Savings Accounts. You can also elect other supplemental benefit options such as Short/Long term disability.

When you join our company as a full time employee, you can  accrue up to  13 days of paid time off (PTO) in the first year (pro-rated based on your start date), with 9 paid holidays. Depending on the position, you can also enjoy flex time.  We also have an employer-sponsored gym membership program - you pick your gym, we’ll help you with the dues!
